Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-add services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in the heart of a revitalized district with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Lafayette.

The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features ~3,000 square feet of private, semi-private, and open office as well as a conference room, lounge, and two kitchens.

Confluence is relocating to a new facility at the end of 2017. Still located in downtown Lafayette, we look forward to offering all of these services and more.

Business and Social Connections - Besides the broad resources we offer to support professionals, most members put a high value on the opportunity to grab a coffee, eat lunch, or just make quick connections with other members. It's not uncommon that members develop working relationships as they get to know and trust each other's work.
