Sustainability-Minded Firm City Explained, Inc. Joins Confluence

LAFAYETTE, CO - City Explained, Inc. (CEI), a provider of community-based planning services and software, joins Confluence Small Business Collective in Lafayette. Confluence will provide workspace and resources for local staff and remote team members working on the firm’s technology, software, and project service initiatives.

Confluence Founder and General Manager, Tom Hardie, shared his enthusiasm for the addition. “City Explained is doing innovative, forward-thinking work around the world to support communities as they plan for a more sustainable future. In an environment of unprecedented local growth in Lafayette and neighboring communities, these services are extremely relevant.”

Confluence is fostering a culture of sustainable business practices among its membership. “They’re a perfect fit,” said Hardie.

CEI President, Matt Noonkester, commented on the move to Confluence. “We're very excited about joining the Confluence community because of the energy, innovation and imagination we see throughout the building every day.  It will be a great location for us to be creative for our clients and we're proud to continue the momentum of the City of Lafayette and its partners to invest in downtown.”

CEI will occupy space in the current Confluence building on South Public Road initially and transition to the new facility at 75 Waneka Parkway when it opens later this year.
