Reserving a Hotdesk

As a Hotdesk member, you have the ability to reserve a specific space to work up to 24 hours in advance. For this to work well for everyone, it will be important to either:

  1. Reserve a space in advance, OR

  2. Reserve it when you arrive.

All desks have been assigned a number, and the community table accommodates 4-6 people. A desk map is also posted in the front hallway.

To reserve your workspace up to 24 hours in advance:

  1. Log in to your membership account.

  2. In the left navigation pane, select Reservations --> Reservation Calendar.

  3. Choose your date and click on a space to reserve it.

  4. Review reservation details and click to confirm.


If you have not reserved a desk in advance, please check availability when you arrive (prior to choosing a space for the day). We’ve provided an electronic tablet in the front hallway so you can see what’s available before you choose a space. Once you’ve identified an open workspace, have a seat and log in to reserve it for the day.
