Pricing
With the flexibility and size of our space, we can host an array of events.
Let us know how you want the tables and chairs set up, and we’ll take care of it.
Ask about discounts for nonprofits, full-day rentals, and multi-day bookings. 2hr minimum reservation required.
Table linens, corn hole, and a variety of large-format yard games may be added-on to your rental. Pricing available upon request.

A: Our space is available for rent by the hour, with a two hour minimum.
Weekday Pricing (Monday - Friday afternoon): $110/hr
Weekend Pricing (Friday evening - Sunday): $125/hr

A: We have discounts for nonprofits, 8+ hour reservations, and multi-day bookings.

A: A refundable deposit is required for most events. Deposits are refunded within one week of the event assuming no costs are incurred for excessive cleaning or damage caused by a renter or their guests.

A: The Event Space is available to rent 24x7.

A: We can host a variety of events, from birthday parties, to concerts, to office events. We’ll gladly adjust the configuration to meet your needs.

A: Up to 50 people, depending on table/chair configuration.

A: Yes, let us know in advance how you’d like the tables arranged, and we’ll take care of it.

A: Yes, outside caterers and photographers are welcomed.

A: Our furniture will already be set up upon your arrival and you will be responsible for leaving it as you found it upon completion. Please include time for furniture adjustments, decorating, and cleanup in your reservation.

A: You’re welcome to decorate, but all decorations (including tape) must be removed at the end of your event. Flammables, with the exception of chafing dish fuel and birthday candles, are prohibited.

A: Alcohol may be served to invited guests at your private event. Event insurance with liquor liability coverage is required to protect you, your guests, and us. Insurance typically costs around $100 and we make it easy to secure from a third party provider. Alcohol may not be sold or provided to guests at any event open to the public without a City permit.

A: Yes, we have ample, free parking, EV charging, and bike racks.
