“ I've been leasing a "resident" desk here for several months. It has been heaven. The wifi is strong and reliable. There is a kitchen where I can keep my lunch or even grab a free soda or glass of water. I got a desk that adjusts between sitting and standing. There are meeting rooms I can book if I need privacy or am meeting with a guest, and phone rooms for those quick calls. Parking is readily available - both bike and car. The owner-operators are environmentally conscious and work hard to establish a community. They have purely social opportunities as well as opportunities for you to share your work with other members. But you get to choose if you just want to work independently (as I have done) or become more integrated into the community at Confluence as a whole. Tom and Kira are warm, helpful people and I really suggest anyone looking for either an occasional desk spot or a reserved desk come check them out!“

"This space is really beautiful, yet feels organic and welcoming. I use this as my private office for my business, but it also has a beautiful event space you can use for mixers, receptions, showers, and other non-business gatherings. Lots of ample parking, and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Confluence is more than a coworking space. They host networking events for the people who use it for business purposes, and have a great kitchen with a ton of amenities. I also think the pricing is affordable. I highly recommend Confluence for business and recreational space needs!"

Private Offices & Dedicated Desks FAQ

A: Our Dedicated Desk memberships are $300/month and our Private Office plans start at $750/month, depending on size, location, and furnishings.

A: Monthly discounts are available for terms of 6 months or more.

A: There is a $25 registration fee for either membership. No additional deposit is required for a dedicated desk membership. Private office memberships require a deposit of one month’s rent.

A: Yes, you can split a private office with a coworker or friend. Some of our private offices can fit up to 6 people.

A: Our non-member entrance is open 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, but both our Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership offer 24/7 access to the space.

A: Yes! You can host clients in your office or in the Collaboration Office using your included monthly reservation credits (8 hours per month). You’re welcome to host a guest at a desk in the shared workspace once per month for no additional cost. Members also get a discount on the Bison Conference Room and Event Space for larger meetings.

A: There is no minimum lease for dedicated desks. Private offices are leased on a rolling two-month term; we just require a 60-day cancellation notice. Discounts are available for terms of 6 months or more.

A: Our dedicated desk plans require you to cancel before the first day of the month. Private office plans sixty days after the end of the month in which notice is received from the member.

A: Yes, as long as there is a private office available for lease, we’d be happy to help you through the process of upgrading to a private office.

A: Our member-only entrance remains locked at all times so only those with keycards can enter. The main lobby is frequently staffed and the public entry remains locked outside of office hours. For added security, cameras record activity in the common areas 24/7 and our private offices are keypad protected.

A: Yes, we have ample, free parking. We also offer member discounts for our EV charging station and bike racks for members who want to bike to work.

A: Based on member feedback, it’s our policy not to allow pets. Service animals are always welcome.

A: We’d love for you to experience the Confluence space through our one-week Trial Flex Pass, which provides desk reservations in the shared workspace during weekday hours and access to phone booths and the shared kitchen.
