Reserving a Desk

As a Flex Pass member, you have the ability to reserve a specific space to work up to one day in advance. For this to work well for everyone, it will be important to either:

  1. Reserve a desk in advance, OR

  2. Reserve it when you arrive*

All desks have been assigned a number. A desk map is also posted in the upstairs hallway leading to the kitchen.

To reserve your flex desk up to 24 hours in advance:

  1. Log in through the membership web portal or using the Proximity mobile app.

  2. In the left navigation pane, select Reservations --> Reservation Calendar.

  3. Choose your date and click on an available space to reserve it.

  4. Review reservation details and click to confirm.

*If you have not reserved a desk in advance, please check availability when you arrive (prior to choosing a space for the day), either on your computer or the mobile app. Once you’ve identified an open desk, have a seat and log in to reserve it for the day. First floor desks are first-come, first-serve with occasional blackout dates if you would prefer to bypass the reservation process.
